White Floc and Rosé Floc

Unexpected complicity between Armagnac and grape juice, the Floc de Gascogne with its aromas of raspberry and red fruits for the rosé Floc, or citrus, dried fruits and honey for the white Floc, make this a perfect aperitif or as an accompaniment for foie gras, melon or with a dessert.

Agen prunes in Armagnac

Following a recipe from our grandmother DELORD, we select genuine, whole and largest calibre Agen prunes to the kilo, the « Prune d’Ente » with the Appellation d’Origine Contrôlée (AOC) status «Prune d’Agen ». These prunes are left to macerate in a liqueur made with 31.5cl of Armagnac, a few grams of sugar and …. our secret!
